Waste of money
Piece of junk. Would give it no stars if I could. Used once and my daughter loved it. Washed it and packed it back away. Put it together again today to make another batch of cotton candy and the motor blew and made my house smell like burnt plastic. My little one was so upset. Will be retuning this “Santa” present ASAP

If it is in the OFF or Bowl Release position, or in-between it will not turn on or stay on. The blinking Red light should just last for 3-4 minutes and then turn to a Green light, showing it is warmed up so that sugar can be added. Thank you

Plugged the unit in and the smell was awful. Smelled like raw fish. No way we could have fixed anything out of this machine.

It’s very cute but don’t fall for it! Used it strictly adhering to the steps in the pamphlet. Worked for about 2 min putting out MININMAL floss and then it started clogging. I tried to unclog but the motor started making a loud noise. I returned it.

Junk that leads to tears
Waste of $$. Complete disappointment. Never worked and was my child’s favorite gift. The instructions and help to resolve the issue are as bad as the workmanship. The machine will only stay on for 1 second. If you decide to take the risk, make sure you get/give a gift receipt for this Crazart cotton candy maker. Model 18065

Maybe it was a return that was put on the shelf. The New Model is 18082. Thank you.

Dont do it!
Don’t waste your money. This piece of junk cut on and off and I barely got it to stay on long enough to finally get a green light 1 time. The kids got a tiny bit of cotton candy between the 2 of them. I mean like 1 bite each. Waaaay overrated. It’s going back even though it was a gift!

Then it is ready for the sugar to be added to make floss. If it was turning off and not allowing you to make more cotton candy, the bowl or spinner top might have come loose. Sometimes this happens. If you align and tighten both, the unit should work very well. Thank you.

Sometimes if these are not secured the vibration of the unit will move them and the unit will turn off. If it was running for 5 minutes it should not turn off. Sometimes after cleaning the unit if the spinner arrow isn't aligned with the base motor housing arrow or if the bowl is not completely locked into place the unit will only show a red light and proceed to warm up to show a green light.
