Chop and Dice
I can chop more veggies and have a lot and better pieces to add to my dishes. I like it because it is electric and I don't have to keep put my veggies in it to Cook. I have told my friends that's the best Dicer that really have you pierced the same sizes.

Out of box is already cracked
A few good reviews and a good price led me to buy this. When I took it out of the box for the first time I immediately noticed a deep crack in the clear plastic where the black spinning mechanism is installed. In my opinion, quality control should have caught this. I intend on returning the product immediately.

Perfectly adequate chopper
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Proctor Silex 3.5 cup food chopper performs pretty much exactly the way you would expect it to -- nothing more, nothing less. I have used it a few times to make things like guacamole and salsa, and it has chopped the garlic, onions, and tomatoes perfectly well without turning it into soup, as some choppers will do. I also like that I can use it to chip ice for a slushy. Personally, my favorite attribute of this product is its retractable cord! I love not having the power cord hanging out when I store the device! Overall, this is a no-frills machine that pretty much just does what you would expect from a basic food chopper.

Compact chopper is easy to use

Just choose the speed (Lo or Hi), press down on the lid to chop & let go to stop. I love that it has a wind-up cord for storage. This compact chopper doesn't take up a lot of cabinet room which is a plus because my kitchen is small & space is limited.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently I received the attractive black and stainless steel finish Proctor Silex 3.5 Cup Food Chopper Gray 72870 and let me tell you this is a handy dandy device to have in any kitchen! This small to medium sized kitchen marvel has stainless steel blades that chop, puree, and emulsify with the help of its 2 speed 350 watt motor. Some of the things I love about this unit is that it has the ability to chop just by pressing on the lid, a long 30" cord, and has a nice sized 3.5 cup container. I love how this thing chops and especially how it saves space vs having to pull out a full size food processor. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this chopper. You don't have to refill it because of the larger capacity. It's easy to take apart and clean. It's easy to store because of the retractable cord. When the cord is not retractable, the cord always gets in the way.

Easy to use, powerful, smooth operation

This processor Is a significant upgrade from a similar model of a different brand that I had been using. It is very easy to set up and operate with great results. I used it to mince vegetables and they were consistently sized. I like the push down on the canister to pulse.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this chopper! This is the perfect size and so easy to use. You don't have to wrestle with the lid getting it just right before it will work. Light pressure on lid is all it takes. I particularly like the wind up cord with handle on bottom as opposed to the automatic retractable cord. Chopper is also very easy to clean up after use.
