    Great Product

    When I first started taking this vitamin I wasn’t seeing a change but I realized my nails were growing super long and hard. Before this product my nails would always break when it gets to a certain length. This vitamin gives me healthy nails.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as an incentive to review. I actually love everything about these, except that they have soy. Everything has soy anymore. It's so bad for us to consume a lot of soy because it reacts in our body as estrogen. I think they work great, though. They do have an herb smell and taste, but I find them easy to swallow. I love the other ingredients in this with the zinc that are good for you, like the Hawthorn, for example. I would have given this 5 stars if it didn't have soy. I recommend otherwise.

    Great immunity boost!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed taking these zinc supplements. It was a great immunity boost along with my other daily vitamins. I feel like it really helped me not be as sick as I normally would be around this time of year. They are a small sized pill and easy to swallow. I didn't notice any bad after taste, and they didn't have a bad smell to them either. Definitely give these a try, especially now for sick season!

Whole food fermented zinc that your body recognizes and has 1.6 times better bioavailability than non- fermented supplements. The one a day pill is easy to swallow and can be taken with or without food. No stomach or intestinal tract upset was experienced and no after “ burps”. One simple pill offers cardio support, immune support, digestive support and skin health. My skin appears clearer and this one a day supplement will help strengthen my immunity system during the “cold and flu” season. This product is organic, gluten free, vegetarian and non-GMO. The New Chapter company seems to have created the healthiest, high ingredient supplement that I’ve seen in quite some time. My simple opinion is if you are going to ingest a supplement to help your health then invest in a high quality product.

    I have taken Zinc before, however- it was always a challenge to find tge appropriate dose. These come 15 mgs which is perfect! They also do not cause the unpleasant side effects of nausea upon taking. Great product.

    I was in awe at the production of new chapter supplements: till I came across fermented zinc and great product but but one of the ingredients that's believed to be very unhealthy Metoldetrin is in fermented zinc this is a starch bad carbon why would they use this filler in any of there product s- which is higher than sugar Glycemix index ranks 120 over 100 rises your glucose so i cannot buy thus product with that filler in it so sorry
