I returned it because of the hot 🔥 water did not have a safety 🙄. I have small grandchildren and they get into EVERYTHING! But it's nice if you don't have little kids.

Overall, it's a pretty decent water cooler. The hot water gets really hot, and the cold water gets really cold. I wish it was a little taller off the ground and I kinda wish the water came out a little faster. I also wish it was a little better child proofed. Our 1 year old loves to sneak off and play with it and get water all over the floor (the cold water). The hot water does have a little bit of a safe guard to it, but it's not completely child proof. We got this unit when it was on sale and I'd say it's worth the $100 we paid for it. Overall, I'm satisfied with it.

Great dispenser
This thing is awesome! All three buttons (ice, cold water, and hot water) can be set. Not too noisy either. It buzzes and you can hear the ice cubes dripping, but that's ok. The hot and cold water are just the right temperature. It's convenient for making tea or adding ice water to the kettle. The functions are simple and anyone can use it easily. The hot water child lock is a big selling point for me. The durability is great and it won't come loose. I just got it but I'll have to drain the back of it soon. Melted ice cubes may accumulate water and need to be drained. I'll drain it soon.

I've been using this water dispenser in my hair salon and it's been a great choice. It's placed in the waiting area and the black color looks beautiful, and my customers love it. The cold water and ice machine are a big hit on busy days - people enjoy a refreshing, iced drink while they wait for their appointments. I even use the hot water to make myself tea during my breaks, and the child safety lock gives me peace of mind since little ones occasionally come over with their parents. It's super easy to fill a 5-gallon bottle with water, and the ice machine keeps up with demand, which is super helpful when the salon is crowded. The modern design goes well with my decor, and it's been reliable so far. My staff and I stay hydrated, and customers always comment on how nice it is to have this. purchased this water dispenser in November 2021. I need to replace it after 2.5 years. This dispenser is amazing! We use it a lot and the hot water is perfect for tea/coffee, etc. The cold water is icy cold and can be drunk straight from the dispenser. I especially like the room temperature water feature, I use an automatic water dispenser for my dogs and their waterers sit next to the dispenser and I can easily refill 3-4 times a day. We have very hard water here and it tastes terrible. I have not replaced my dog's water dispenser since I bought this machine. I love drinking water but buying it by the gallon is wasteful and takes up too much space. My water intake has definitely increased since I bought this dispenser. This machine is super easy to clean and it is bottom loading which is awesome. I think it is an excellent value. Going to buy another one and highly recommend this one.

I love this water dispenser! The bottom-fill design makes changing bottles so easy - no more straining my back. I use all three temperature settings every day, and the hot water is perfect for tea. It looks beautiful in my kitchen and is quiet in operation. It makes my daily life so much smoother!

So far it runs very quietly, I'll have to check it out to see if it works! It looks great, performs well, and is a great price! It's very easy to fill with water. It doesn't leak at all. It looks well made and has no issues. I find it easy to wipe down. The water tastes great too. I'd like to cut down on the amount of plastic bottles I buy each week.

A wonderful addition to our home

Very nice, but can be a bit noisy.
As a big fan of gravity water dispensers, I wasn't sold on this one. However, my wife doesn't like exposed water bottles, so I compromised. I have to say, I love how quickly this machine dispenses water. It took just seconds to fill my large travel mug. A vast improvement over my previous dispenser. The cold water is icy cold, and the hot water is just hot enough for tea. My only complaint is that it's a bit noisy, and sometimes makes me look askance. Sometimes, if I put my hand on the grille behind the unit, it gets quieter. But it sounds like it would be much better if they just put some rubber gaskets between the grille and chassis or where the compressor mounts. I may try something similar myself. Will report back if it works.

This water dispenser is a real hit in our home. It's the perfect size - not too tall or bulky - and fits perfectly in the kitchen. The cold water is nice and cool, while the hot water is perfect for tea, cocoa, or even for my baby's bottles. We used to boil bottled water, but this makes it so much easier. It stays clean, and the bottom-fill design is so much easier than lifting heavy bottles. The childproof lock on the hot water dispenser is great - safe and secure, and easy for adults to use. Plus, it looks great, too. The design has a high-end, modern feel. Highly recommended!

I love it. I have no issues with it other than one minor flaw. The door doesn't lock very well. My robot vacuum sometimes opens the door and sometimes it cracks open. The hot water runs hot and the cold water runs cold. Everything works fine.

I'm so glad I finally decided to buy this. It's a great value for money as it saves a lot of plastic water bottles. The cold water is very cold and the hot water is enough for tea. It also has a room temperature option. It's very quiet and not heavy. It was very easy to install and I was using it in no time after I plugged it in.

love this system, it's so much better than my last one. It makes ice and stores it (my last system couldn't store ice, you had to transfer it to the freezer), it also recycles the ice water (my last system had to drain the ice tray periodically) The travel cup actually fits and is much easier to fill. You only have to press the button once (my last system you had to hold the button down the whole time) and best of all, it's very quiet... barely any noise (my last system was too loud) Highly recommend this system! I read a review saying their water had a plastic taste, I didn't detect that at all. There should be a self-cleaning feature during the setup process, maybe they didn't do that step and that's why it didn't taste right... not sure.
