It works, just not super well

This dryer does indeed dry your clothes, however I'm returning it for two primary reasons: 1) Everything comes out wrinkly. I think it's because the barrel spins too fast so all the clothes just stick to the outside of it and dry crumpled up that way. Either way, not good. 2) The "smart" modes don't work. Supposedly this thing can sense the humidity of the clothes inside it and turn off the cycle intelligently when the clothes are dry, but in acutality it usually runs for 30-40 minutes and turns off, which is nowhere in the neighborhood of dry. I'm not overfilling it either, usually this thing is only 2/3 full. One other thing to note is that this machine does not come with a vent tube. You'll have to buy one yourself along with some kind of venting method. If you're ok with wrinkly clothes and manually checking your clothes for dryness, this is a pretty good value for the money. If those things are dealbreakers, then I'd look elsewhere. For me, I'm taking this back to the store.
