Not a cake carrier
I was looking for a very tall cake carrier. The two questions specifically asking about using it this way were answered by the manufacturer. Just to be clear, this cannot be used as a cake carrier. The bottom tray has a non removable center post. The expandable cover cannot lock in, and will only stay up if the center posts are used. This probably works as a cupcake and cake pop display but if you’re looking for a very tall cake carrier this is not going to work at all. I should have looked closer as all the other reviews are from a promotion and sound like ads.

Watch out for sliding and squished cupcakes!
This cupcake carrier works as a cupcake stand if you are looking for a plastic stand, however it DOES NOT work well as a cupcake carrier. The cupcakes slide off their individual indentation spots SO EASILY, with the SLIGHTEST movement. I put the carrier carefully on the back seat of the car and the cupcakes immediately slid, getting the chocolate icing on the sides of the carrier and on the individual tiers. What a disaster! returned it and would not recommend, unfortunately!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stand is better than expected! It is well made and sturdy. The cupcakes looked amazing in this! As far as the negative reviews on the locking sides and handle: we just followed other positive reviewers advice and used the lines at bottom and we carried it by the bottom instead of by the handle for support. So far, no complaints. We like that it is multi-use. We plan to use the lid as a taller cake cover for layered cakes!

Great for storage and presentation

Makes it more enjoyable and lasts longer. Assembly was straightforward. It’s also breaks down to have a more minimal profile which makes it is easier to store in tight spaces. Highly recommend.

Just be careful when transporting the tiers make it more fragile and easier to tip than a lower dish. Tiers can fold down and be more compact for storage.

It was so easy to put together and when it’s assembled it is super sturdy. We were able to fit a ton of cupcakes in it. My wife held it on the car ride and it was easy for her to hold. Everything stayed put. It does not take a ton of room up in storage either.

I have not ever done cake pops but for those that do those I’m sure it’s great to have. Cupcakes are so much easier now than regular cake and this carrier assists that purpose!

The white finish will go with any event, but you can add ribbon through the lace pattern on the edges to match a theme. It holds 24 cupcakes and 40 cake pops AT THE SAME TIME. I don't know if I have the energy to be making two things at a time but it is great if I do. Overall, this item is a baker's dream if they like to share.

I love the quality, that plastic is great quality and it’s simple to assemble. The item has three lid clips that snap the button and lid together which gives you the peace of mind you need when transferring baked goods. The item is also dishwasher safe for easy clean up and packs away to a third of its safe so it doesn’t take up too much space. Definitely worth the purchase if you need to get cupcakes or cake pops displayed or moved.

Unique Cupcake Centerpiece

It is so impressive with 3 tiers displaying both cupcakes and cake pops at parties and events. I’ve always had a problem keeping my cupcakes fresh but now they taste as though they were just baked for days. The carrier is collapsible too which is a nice feature.
