A: That's a great question! The term "alcohol" can mean different things on a label as not all alcohol is created the same. Simple alcohols (ie ethanol, isopropyl, methanol), the ones that get a bad rep for drying out skin are different from fatty alcohols (ie cetearyl, cetyl), which are beneficial, or aromatic alcohols which are components of the product's fragrance. Palmer's Body Oils do not contain simple alcohols. Any of our body oils that have a fragrance will contain aromatic components as listed on the ingredient label.
