Not what I excepted!

I was dissapointed when the Hamper came. It isn't 15"X15" like it says. Measures 12"X12" The highth is 24" Comes folded up in a box, which you put the bottom in. For the price of this hamper, I thought it was cheaply made, and too small. Not a Happy Camper!
