Extremely disappointed
Purchased for my bday present. Was an online purchase returned to the store. Item was used and missing parts. Drips when trying to pull a shot vs a smooth flow. Save your money and espresso beans for a better machine!

We liked our old one better
This is our second Dédicace Arte. We love the espresso coffee it makes; however, the frother is not as good as the one on our previous machine. The milk doesn’t froth as well and the machine seems to run out of steam quickly. We also miss the lighted power switch. This seems like a small thing, but we can’t see at a glance that we have left it on.

Has lasted well
I've had this product for several years, making between 3 and 5 lattes or Americanos every day, and it performs like a champ. The rubber bushing around the steam wand has split, but that's about the extent of wear and tear. The fully automated machines make it hard to switch between half-caffe (for my wife) and full strength (for me), so I like the do-it-yourself version.

Not good
I bought my second one 6 months ago and is already broken and it broke just like the previous one, this coffeemaker have serious leak issues. Out of nowhere it stopped brewing and you can hear the vapor leaking inside. I’m very disappointed with this machine.

Like warm coffee
Hello , I received it as a gift , sort of second hand . I didn't get a brochure or instructions on cleaning and descaling. The water in my location is hard and has lime scale. The coffee is luke warm . Can you advise please on how to get it hotter

Brew lukewarm coffee
Purchased this for it looked nice and small to sit on the counter. From right out of the box it did not brew a hot coffee. It was lukewarm. Ran it several times, same results. Return it the next day.

So disappointed. I set my machine up 3 days ago. I’ve gotten 4 great shots out of it. Today, it no longer works. Everything on the machine works but it will no longer push water through the porta filter when there is espresso in it. I have spent the last 3 hours watching and reading about how to trouble shoot this. I also have barista experience, so I know what to do when a machine is clogged. Nothing will fix it. The next option is seeing if the brew valve is damaged and I don’t know how to do that. I didn’t get the machine to have to tinker with it constantly. I’m not sure if I got a faulty machine or if constant maintenance and tinkering is just par for the course with this machine. Either way this thing is going back. Also to note the design is weird. Unless you mount this to your counter you are going to need to hold the machine with one hand while you remove the basket. Because of the weight of the machine there is only one place to put your hand and that is right where the buttons are. It’s easy enough to stop the water if you turn it on when pulling out the basket, but it’s just so annoying.

Outside feels cheap but it works great!
I was used to a Cafe (GE brand) combo semi manual latte maker but it does after only a year and a half, which irritated be to no end given how much it was. So I'm giving this one a try with a much longer warranty. Longer warranty tells me the company stands by their product, which GE did not with its one year warranty. The outside of this Dedica Arte is plastic (I think) so it feels kind of cheap to the touch, but I didn't buy it for looks/feel. As long as it continues to work great, I'm happy!

This coffee machine is not worth any money, been cleaning service since we got from store and she make of 1 oz of coffee, if someone wants it I will ship it to you or it's going to scrap.

Doesn’t brew good espresso or make good foam.
Initial results using this machine have been pour. I upgraded from a different Delonghi espresso machine that seemed to have a manufacturer defect (2 different machines, same failure after about 500 shots). New machine has been very difficult to get any cream, and frothing milk has resulted in no foam/froth, merely heated milk, unless I use the wand at the VERY top and splatter milk all over the place. Even then it is not a good foam, but super airy. This machine does not make it easy to brew a decent cup, and I am contemplating returning it. The machine itself heats up quickly, which is nice. I like its profile, but it needs to actually work as an espresso machine and not just look good.

Not a bad machine. One of the rubber pads on the bottom of the machine is missing, and there is no way to purchase a new one, very disappointed given the cost of the machine.
