Personally I love the smell of this shampoo & conditioner. I also have greasy hair normally but this stuff works amazing for keeping my hair clean looking for days after a wash. I haven’t had any hair loss either so idk why others are having that problem. I’ve been using this product for well over a year & it’s the best I’ve ever used for wavy & oily hair.

The smell was way too strong and flowery. Made me have a nauseating headache. Only used one time so not sure how soft it made my hair feel though couldn't get past the strong scent.

At first I thought that this would be great! Rosemary oil and also wavy hair shampoo? Well this product makes my look super oily and greasy after washing it, and no my hair was not oil before. Save your wallet and find a better product. I wish I did.

Smells awful
Same issue as the conditioner. It stinks. Smells like rosemary water that has started to ferment. And I like strongly scented hair products/perfumes. The scent lingers too.

Hair Loss
I've used other shampoos from this brand and had no issues, but this one made my hair fall out in massive chunks. It's taken a long time to get my hair long and healthy and this product ruined that progress...absolutely DO NOT buy.

Great waves, a lot of hair loss
What I loved about this product was the way my waves looked after using the whole system; shampoo, conditioner, and gel. I have 2a/2b hair and my waves came out hydrated and always sitting right. But after a while of using it, I noticed how much hair was coming off of my head. When I would wash my hair, I would rake my hand through a big section and have a so much hair come out, it looked like a clump. I would not recommend this product based off the hair loss I experienced.

Made my hair fall out
This product caused my hair to fall out like crazy. I was losing so much hair every time I washed it, I could have made a wig. I’m switching back to Native products.

Pregnancy fail the frangrance was too strong
I’ve purchased this while I was pregnant. While I was shopping at target, I thought it smells absolutely amazing but when I got home and showered, it was a totally different story. My allergies absolutely flared up. The fragrance of the shampoo and conditioner was so strong so I ended up returning it. I felt so bad to return it but no one else in my house wanted it. I wonder if now I can handle it since I’m no longer pregnant. But I want to wait a while before I try again.

Scent not convincing
I have both the shampoo and conditioner, it’s been a month since I’ve been using it. The shampoo itself works great, however, the scent is horribly unpleasant right after my shower. A close friend of mine even said it smelled like sewer. That’s the best way to describe it honestly. I gave this shampoo another try but this unfortunately is my last time using it. 😔
