What a piece of Junk!! Don't WASTE your money!!
This thing is a piece of junk. Cheaply made...poor over all design. Subpar materials. Crank connection is absolutly awful. Handle is flimsy.....they tried to copy the pampered chef version and have failed completely. Spend the money and buy one from Pampered Chef.

Great for hard cheeses like parmesan
Great grater for hard cheeses like parmesan. I can't use it for other cheese like cheddar, I don't think this is made for that. I like that it's dishwasher safe so I don't accidently cut myself by hand washing it. One thing I don't like is after a little of shedding the cheese gets smooth and it'll stop shedding, you have to reposition the cheese to keep it going.
