Grew up with severe cystic and hormonal acne, and not only did this practically make it vanish, it helped reverse a lot of the damage acne left behind. I adore this product beyond words. Its gentle yet super effective. I use it in the shower, let it sit for 5 minutes, wash off, and put on some hyaluronic acid face cream afterwards and my skin feels clean and clear for days. Its just my holy grail of an item and I literally recommend it to everyone under the sun.

The trick is massage on dry face with dry fingers then rinse off with warm water. Leaves skin clean and soft. It exfoliates well 🙂. I tried applying to damp face as instructed but I felt it was too watery, then I found it works much better without water.

I’ve been using this cleanser for months as it’s been the only thing that has worked for me without intense actives in it. Although I like it, the microbeads are SO annoying! They get everywhere (my eyes, nose, hair, etc.) and it is a chore to get them off. If SheaMoisture could release a version WITHOUT those stupid beads, it would be top tier.

The soap leaves a waxy residue on my face after using it. The micro beads stick in my eyelashes and get in my eyes. Love Shea Moisture but this product is lower quality than others I have used by the same brand.

I add this to my face routine twice a week. I had these little white bumps under my eyes and its really pulled those out of my face. Leaves your face soft and free from blemishes.

This face wash is amazing. I’ve always had a problem being consistent with these things but, I use this face wash every night. It’s been about four weeks now and my face has cleared up a lot. The dark spots on my cheeks have faded and my face is getting clearer each day. It’s not too water or too thick but, just right. I will forever use this product.

I started using this product a few days ago and started breaking out, i brushed it off as the product not agreeing with my skin then i took a closer look and saw the microbeads IN my pimples. I popped a pimple and a microbead came out. breakouts everywhere. Ive never had this problem with a scrub before. Really disappointed i usually love sheamoisture products. Maybe a natural exfoliant, ground walnut shells, sugar, anything really besides plastic microbeads. terrible for the enviroment and terrible for your skin.

Price went up $3 and quality isn’t the same.

I have extreme sensitive skin. Everything breaks me out. But this right here is the best face wash scrub I have ever used in my life! I recommend this to everyone!!!

Loved using it to wash my face. It felt grainy but wasn’t too rough and it was easy to apply and wash off my face. I used it at night, great to use after getting makeup off

Started using this product 6 months ago and was extremely pleased. I enjoyed the product so much that I recommended the product to my family members., After running low I purchased additional bottles. What a change in 6 months!!! As commented by another customer, the product no longer has a thick consistency but poured out in my hand like water. The smell of the black Jamaican soap, the beads, and tea tree oil are no longer present in the product. Please return to the original formula, which consisted of the natural and quality ingredients listed on the packaging but not in the container.

I love this product. Feels great on the skin, and gently exfoliates without causing redness. Has a nice smell to it that isn’t overpowering. Would recommend.

I use alot of other shea moisture products and decided to try this one as well and was impressed.

This seems to be a nice product for those who want to use more natural facial products. I have combination skin. It worked okay for my skin, but my skin requires more clinical-strength products to stay in order. I’d recommend for someone who has very minimal skin issues.
