Too expensive for an inferior product!
These are okay if you can tolerate them but they are SO expensive considering they do not have nearly enough vitamins and minerals in them! Two of my friends took these for their latest pregnancies (they were both on baby #4) and those were their only kiddos diagnosed with growth restriction in their third trimester. Could be a coincidence but I am not taking them because they caused heavy periods for me too, I now take Megafood, also from target and it’s so much better and cheaper! I’m just starting ttc but my latest iron labs looked good on Megafood but I wasn’t getting enough iron from these for some reason?!

I hope it's working
My partner is experiencing morning sickness. Claims the oil in the capsules are contributing. Going to look at alternatives.

2 pill serving size
I barely found out after taking this vitamin for a couple weeks that its a serving size of 2, not 1 -__- I feel that should be printed on the front of the bottle or mentioned in various places before purchasing, not in tiny white letters on the back. That upset me for that to have not been made clear; im used to seeing serving size on the front unless its just the standard of 1 pill. Aside from that, I dont experience fishy burps like other people are saying in their reviews. Maybe because ive only taken 1 a day lol.

holy grail! improved my dysmenorrhea symptoms
I have been on a healthy diet and still struggled with severe painful labor like dysmenorrhea on and off for the past 14 years (I know this is a prenatal vitamin), I've tried PMS supplements, birth control pills, a healthy diet you name it but I had to stay out of work 1-3 days every month due to how bad my pain was. I ordered this back in February and started taking 1 capsule a day (to save money) and within a month my pain, cramps, PMS, that are all tied/related to dysmenorrhea, and prostaglandins all reduced by 85%, I was astonished, moved and shocked I wasn't even taking the full dose/serving and it was only a one month difference. I asked ritual when can I type them a review and they told me I have to wait and then I got an email 2 months later asking me to type a review and here I am. (by the way I am not at all claiming this product cures or treats anything ) I simply was deficient in some things that this product contained and it helped me reach my RDA for. It has the most natural, clean and easiest digestible form of Vitamin D, Magnesium, b12, Folate, Omega 3 all which helped my hormones, and reduced prostaglandins in my body It also helped with my brittle nail breakage I will remain a faithful customer and I will in fact want to be in a commercial and even advertise Ritual's products. only thing is I wish there was more capsules in the bottle instead it runs out within 30 days, that's why I take 1 capsule only. I don't care about the burp-back that is the least of my problems in fact the burp back lets me know if I absorbed it in my body, the lemony scent reminds me of a lemon tart so scrumptious.

I love these prenatals! I am so happy to find something that works for me and has folate rather than folic acid

The only prenatal that works for me
I am currently 18 weeks, and this is the only prenatal that has not caused me to be nauseous and also does not smell horrible like the other ones. I love it so much. I will continue to take it throughout my pregnancy. It has been so smooth, and I also really love to pair it with the ritual choline supplement. The only thing that sucks is the fishy burps. If you take it a little earlier in the day, you'll definitely notice it, but I tend to take it at night, and it's not an issue.

LOVE
I never thought I’d have a problem with smells, or tastes, but after trying predatory high-end subscription based prenatals, Ritual is so much better. The lemon scent makes it go down easy. And the fact you don’t have to eat it with food helps. You do get a slight vitamin-y after burp, but it goes down like a charm.

Hard to swallow
Before I was pregnant they were easy to take and were very soft on my stomach. Now while being pregnant I can’t keep them down they upset my stomach and give me gross burps they never feel like they go down all the way and it’s a rough feeling. They are super easy to order and worth it if you don’t get sick!

The best
Literal best tasting pill I’ve ever taken. My friend recommended to me and it has not disappointed. I love that it has everything and I don’t need to buy multiple separate things

Great!
Honestly, I've found these prenatals to be very easy going. I have 0 problems with the size, as they are easy to swallow. The lemoney taste is a plus. A bit expensive, but will be buying them again!

No folic acid
They don’t advertise that these pills don’t have the #1 recommended supplement for pregnant women as there is no folic acid in these.

Too expensive and inedibly huge
These supplements are the worst prenatal supplements that I have tried - they are huge and you have to take two of them and they literally keep getting regurgitated back as they are so huge. They also have fish oil inside the capsule which causes a bad taste in the mouth and already with pregnancy one has digestive issues and once they dissolve the fish oil keeps regurgitating back up in the mouth causing a foul taste and wanting one to throw up. 🤮 They are also very shady and make it extremely difficult for you to unsubscribe as I have been trying to do for the last 3 months despite reaching out to their team about canceling my subscription I keep getting charged!!!!!! Donor waste your money on these !

Awful burps and serious nausea
This prenatal was really hard on my stomach. I get physically ill after taking them and throw up. If I’m able to keep them down I highly regret it because the fish burps are unbearable. Don’t recommend.

My fav prenatal
Ritual has been my companion for a while now on my fertility journey and I’ve loved this supplement so much. It’s easy on my stomach, if needed I can take it with no food and just a glass of water, and the lemony essence is what makes it so easy! No foul odors or tastes with this prenatal!

I have used these prenatals for 4 months now, in one word. Perfect. In my opinion this specific prenatal has everything in one capsule. I feel confident that my baby and I are getting all the right minerals and vitamins we need. The #1 thing that sold me on these prenatals is that I know exactly what is in them. Ritual lists every ingredient, and where it came from. There is no guessing on the strange name of some ingredient we don't even know how to pronounce. In my book that is 100% peace of mind. They truly do care about their product and customers.
