Availability is the issue, the product is great!
for this item you have to purchase over $35.00 for it to become visible to purchase and only then will it be shipped to you from a warehouse I suppose. Target used to have this item available all the time online and in the store. The product itself is great, the reason it is receiving a bad review is because of the availability issue.

This doesn't cook properly and either stays hard or boils over. It takes less time to cook the box AND do dishes than it does to clean the microwave after eating hard rice.

Hard rice
You can’t seem to buy this flavor in the box at target anymore so I went with these… terrible. I filled to just under the “fill” line and it still boiled over in the microwave. After letting the rice sit after cooking it was still hard. The flavor is completely different than what’s in the box.
