Scam

Negative zero, grandson cannot use his scooter, the handlebars were not attached and cannot be assembled. But since it was for Christmas we did did not notice until he went to use it when the weather improved. This scooter is a piece of useless junk, I paid good money for this scam and Target has been allowing third party companies to sell junk to their customers. I even reached out to the company and they ignored me.
