Does not work

Bought this car for my son’s 2nd birthday. Ordered it in February and it’s been in the box until now (march) waiting for his birthday. Put it together and charged it the recommended time and it won’t start. Lights come on and makes the engine noise and then clicks and nothing. Very disappointed and so was my son.

Buy the guarantee

This car lasted about two weeks. When it stopped we initially thought it was a battery problem but on further investigation found that the crank case was defective since we purchased it in November but it wasn't ridden until Dec and because the weather wasn't good our little girl wasn't able to ride it often. Then we thought the battery was the problem and contacted Target to get a replacement. After all this the return time had passed. We are stuck with a broken toy and a disappointed child. So don't buy this without a 2 yr. Guarantee.

Costway 12V Kids Ride On Car

The car works fine but there are absolutely no directions on HOW it works. It was all by discovery. The parts that were needed to put the steering wheel on the car were not present and needed to be purchased even though the asswembly directions said the parts were there. It would have been nice to have operating directions included. I have no idea how to work the remote control for the parents.
