Q: Can we switch off the cold unit

  • A: Hello, There will be a green switch on the back of the unit to turn off the cooling. Water will still dispense from the cold spout, but it will be room temperature.

    Love It!

    Bought this for my classroom, and it has been a great addition to the space! The hot water is very hot, and the safety is a great feature. I would definitely hit the hot water by accident while reaching for the cold in the orientation I have it set up in. Needless to say, very grateful.

    In adequate

    The water in my water cooler started freezing, which most likely means it needs a new thermostat, but unfortunately, that would cost the same as buying a new cooler. I will never buy this company brand again. The last water cooler I bought from a different company lasted me for 12 years.

    Convenient water dispenser

    This is the third one (heating element went out on last one), but I keep coming back. Support team is typically good-didn’t respond last time regarding the heating element. I just use this product multiple times a day-so it gets a lot of use.
