Contains 2,343% CR's Level of Concern for Lead
This product contains "2,343% Consumer Report's Level of Concern for Lead". They said it is not safe to consume. It is especially dangerous for pregnant or nursing mothers or children. Please read the report. I love Bob's Red Mill products, and used to use this when I was strict Paleo, but I will not buy it any more. Try to find another gluten-free flour. Otto's cassava flour contains 2,323% CR's level of concern for lead.

More to this flour than Cassava!
First purchase of this flour use to bake bread I was excited because the texture came out better than any other GF flour I've used. However, while eating the bread there is a crunch like sound almost like there are particles in the flour. I then purchase a second bag thinking it was the first and the same crunch like sound when chewing I swear I thought for a min this flour had invisible metal or some type of particles. Will not be purchasing this any more :( and will dispose of the unfinished bag, I'm fearful something is off.

Very bitter
Horrible bitter taste. I tried making two types of drop biscuits and both batches had a strong bitter taste. I don't know if I got a bad batch?

Bitter taste
Awful bitter taste. I made drop biscuits and they taste horrible with this flour. Don't know if I got a bad batch, but I am very disappointed with this product.

We use this product regularly. I wouldn’t buy it if it wasn’t great. Box was delivered fast, secure and the packing peanuts are biodegradable. Triple win. Thanks

High Quality, Great Price
This appears to be very high-quality cassava flour, at a good price. I've so far only used it for one recipe that specifically recommended this brand of cassava flour. I've read that it is reliable in its quality and consistency, and it seems comparable to the leading brand that most food bloggers recommend, but Bob's Red Mill is much more affordable. I would highly recommend for people with gluten sensitivity, or looking for ways to treat themselves on a whole-food diet. I will be keeping this one in my pantry for special occasions.

Stale flour
Has a stale taste. Made cookies, and they were just bad. I have used Cassava Flour from Bob Red Mill before, and it was great. This time, purchased 2 bags, and it is stale.

Good cassava flour
I have been using another brand of cassava flour, however, it costs more than this one. I am happy to say that Bob's Red Mill cassava flour is an acceptable replacement.

Love cassava!
Makes wonderful tortillas. I'm allergic to wheat and corn so I haven't had tortillas in a long time. Cassava flour tastes a lot like wheat flour to me. I'm sure a pro could make perfect tortillas but this is my first time making them. I loved them! Surprising health benefits too!

Best flour alternative to gluten free
Love this flour! The taste is great! Flour has good consistency. Best cassava flour brand out there. I've tried lots of other brands and the taste wasn’t right. Bob's Red Mill is totally worth it!
