The JBL Endurance Peak 3 earbuds offer excellent sound quality with a strong bass response and customizable EQ settings. They are comfortable and secure, making them ideal for workouts and long runs. However, some guests have experienced issues with the durability of the ear hooks, touch controls, and connectivity. The app could also use improvements for better functionality.

Great product
These were definitely worth the investment. Great quality, fits in my ears perfectly. I love that the case they come in charges them. The headphones and case both carry a charge for a long time.

They are good but one of the ear buds makes a crackling noise when ambient aware.

Not what I expected
Purchased a few weeks ago in hopes of upgrading from my old JBL earbuds. Sound quality is not good. Sounds very windy like a seashell when not on am active call or listening to music. Have to force the further into ear to hear the music or call better and to eliminate the windy/ocean sound. The fit is very uncomfortable. I've tried all the sizes that came in the box, no luck. Falls out of my ear will sitting doing nothing at all.

just bad design
pretty uncomfortable and touch buttons on headphones are a big no for me at this point. they trigger on anything except your finger so even if you disable the control so your not constantly having your music turned off you still hear constant beeping from the "button" getting activated and then the system constantly going off about google assistant for whatever reason

Ok but not great
I bought this about ten months ago and after about 5-6 months the sound volume dropped to a level I could hardly even hear the music. I contacted support originally and they told me to reset the system which didn't work. They since have told me they will attempt to repair them as per their warranty which is helpful, but I cant imagine me using them much. You cant accept a call for them as the person will hardly hear you. If you go on long runs, the plastic in the ear can start to hurt despite the rubber. So not bad for gym use or short runs (provided they work) but not great. However company have been great, shame about the quality of product, meaning I may go looking at alternatives!

Right earbud has low volume
I bought this only a couple of months ago, and the right earbud is always at a low volume. So when I have both in, it's just biased to the left. I've tried everything for the last 2 weeks, cleaning, resetting, etc. Nothing works, really disappointed.

Left Ear Piece is a DOG
Have had for just on a year, they just went outside of their warranty period before fulling clapping out. The left ear piece has had issues with charging from about 6mths however has been manageable with frequent cleaning of the charging connections however they are now a little corroded and no longer charging. I forever get a 'Battery is Low' when i put the left ear bud in. The plastic coverings also twist off each time you put them in your ear. They are very good sound quality and i dont find them irritating my ears on my runs however for the longevity of headphones i wouldnt recommend as i only got a year out of them.

Quit working
I have bought 2 pairs of these. In both pairs, the right earbud quit charging and now won’t work. They both quit within a year.

Thank you for your feedback. This is not what we want you to experienced with our JBL Endurance Peak 3. With TWS ear buds, charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. These issues can be resolved by cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging case. If this does not resolve the issue, feel free to contact our customer support for further assistance. https://support.jbl.com/us/en/#contact Here is also the link of the detailed instructions for cleaning: https://support.jbl.com/us/en/howto/true-wireless-headphones-cleaning-instructions-for-re-establishing-charging-us/000016909.html

Honestly the best running/workout pairs
This is my second pair and the only headphones that stay in comfortably, don’t mind sweat, and the battery lasts. I ran a marathon and tried multiple sets while training and these were the best!

Goldilocks
My 3rd pair over years. Excellent quality and sound. The competition is either built cheap for cheap or easily overpriced. These are in the Goldilocks zone, IMO.

earbud whole tip comes off and now one lost
I was given these for Xmas last year. For the last six month the whole of the ear bud on left hand side(not just silicone cover) kept coming off - It seemed to screw back on - but not really and certainly the other RHS didn't move at all. I wasn't sure if it was stuck on - I go tired of it happening so put the tiniest bit of glue to hold it one which worked for about one month but last week-end it was not there and I've looked it the places where i keep it and no where to be found. Not sure if I can buy a replacement - but this should not have happened,

Trash
Do not buy this. Fits good but terrible sound quality. No noise cancellation. No pure bass. Terrible sound quality especially at a gym.

Been using these for years
These are my favorite headphones and I've been using them since the gen 1 version. I travel to very poor countries a lot and these just survive everything, are reliable, have a long battery life, they stay in your ear. They don't have ANC, but they just naturally block out loud noises to where I can sleep on planes, and when I use them around turbines and jets or on loud worksites it just functions like an earplug basically. I use the talkthrough feature if I want to talk to people without removing them. I also like how they stay in place underneath a motorcycle helmet. They really can take a lot of abuse and have a great battery life and when i put them in my ears they're not gonna fall out. I'd recommend these to anyone who will be using them while working with their hands or while travelling or if you want something that will comfortably stay in place even under a helmet, and if you like this style of headphone.

Features causing problems...
Headphones won't come out of mono mode, so only plays audio from one earbud. This is one of the few settings you can't change in the app for some reason. Instructions to fix do not help, seems to be a common issue also. They're difficult to get on your ears. Impossible to do so without changing settings via the buttons built into the earbuds.
1 reply from Customer Support team - 4 months ago
Thank you for your feedback. Our JBL Endurance Peak 3 will automatically switch to mono mode when only one earbud is in use. To turn off mono mode, place both earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, and then take out and use both earbuds together. Also, to achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal.
