Purchased this item brand new but received a an item that someone clearly returned. Nothing was in plastic the cords were loose and there was visible damage on headset. This is so disappointing my son wanted this so much. This is not advertised as used online and I would not have purchased it had I known I was going to receive an item that was returned.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!! Ordered for home delivery in time to arrive for Christmas. Package marked as delivered yet never arrived!! I am told FedEx posted a confirmation of delivery photo of the lobby so it was delivered. I spent days talking to customer service reps and escalation members like Anaya who hung up when asked where can I find a disclosure warning consumers that we are ordering online at our own risk? The agent disconnected her call.

I ordered this online and when I received it in my house i open the package and realize that they send me a cooking sheet and a lg size jeggins instead of my $368.00 playstation vr2. purchase I called Target customer service twice and told me they couldn’t do anything about it. This is totally unacceptable since this was an item I have saved money for to buy my son for Christmas now I dont have my refund nor the item. The only thing that target advised me was to call my bank for them to file a claim. I have been a loyal Target customer for years and is not fair what happened this is the first time they do something like this please please Target check with the team members you have to make sure they pay attention to what they are doing and I hope this doesn’t happen to someone else because messing with someone else’s money is not right all hopefully this helps for Target to make sure they assure the customers on their online orders I have attached pictures of the items they send me instead of my PlayStation vr2 bundle thanks again and I hope this doesn’t happen not happen again to anyone

NOT Great for $400
I own the PSVR 1 & an Oculus 3 and by far these are far more superior than Sony's PSVR 2. It's very cheaply made and the controllers aren't comfortable. I tried many games with these and nothing stands out. I really wanted to LOVE this but I'm returning it.

i bought this bundle and i only received a headset which was broken couldn’t even see out of the camera when i turned it on, missing controllers. i got my refund however so thats fine at least so to me its okay things happen.

First, I ordered this before reading the reviews. Once I purchased it, I then went on to read that so many ppl were having issues with receiving used products, controllers not working, etc. THAT IS NOT MY EXPERIENCE. I received a BRAND NEW PSVR2 Horizon Bundle. I immediately charged the controllers after opening, and then hooked it all up. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING A PULSE 3D HEADSET WITH THE PSVR2. It fits right over the headset perfectly. No better VR experience in my opinion. At $349, its totally worth buying. I also highly recommend Resident Evil 4 Remake in VR, as well as Resident Evil 8 Village. Go Buy You a PSVR2 💯

Is it new is it used? Frustrated!
Bought this as new for a discounted price if I bought online and picked up in-store. Picked it up at the counter and the guy had already put it in a bag and said here you go! I took it and put it down on his counter and opened the bag to see that the seal on the box was opened. He proceeds to open and both the outer and inner boxes seals were broken. Hmmm. I don't know what happened here. I'll talk it over with my fulfillment manager and he handed it back to me. I guess he meant that would be a private buddy conversation later or none at all. Such a pain. People keep your grubby hands out of a new box or sell it as open box. I hate when you leave not knowing if you got a used or defective product. WHY would you open both boxes if it weren't? Pretty disgusted. Get with it, Target!

I liked a lot using it! The image was good, the response was fast. I felt a little bit dizzy while playing Resident Evil village. The only issue I had is that it stops working after a month or so for me. I already bought two units and both of them stopped working while using it on beat saber. it did not work
I bought the vr2 to play with my ps5 but when I connected to my ps, the remotes did not work. I called play station to figure it out and after 5 days I returned it to Target because the last solution PS could give me was "to send it to repair". That is crazy. The box was closed with the ps sticker but the product was bad.

Love Sony's latest VR headset....
Bought this while it was on sale. This VR headset is awesome. Easy set up, works great. A huge improvement over the original psvr headset. Love the controllers. So worth the purchase while on sale.
