It was perfect until it stopped working. I had this for about 1 1/2 years. It froths all types of milk (dairy, coconut, almond). Its easy to clean and you can put the cup and the lid in the dishwasher. I feel like these things aren't built to last because it just stopped working put of nowhere. I'll turn it on the 1 minute later it starts flashing and turns off.

worked great until it stopped working properly, which was within 30 days of purchase. we lived with it initially - machine would become louder, or just stop in the middle of frothing. but this morning, it actually stopped heating the creamer.

I like the size of the cup and I like that the lid and cup are dishwasher safe. Unlike a kettle where I can't really soap/wash it. For this one, I like to be able to wash the cup completely since I use it mostly for milk. I like the froth that it makes. I noted using about 1/4 of liquid is about right to get a food amount of feoth. I like that I can choose the setting, press start and walk away. I've tried about halfway full and it spilled - can't really clean the base and stays there. I don't like that it always smells like it's burnt after it stops. Maybe from previous over spills?? I've had this for almos a year. Still works. I don't really use it on a daily basis. Not sure how long it will continue to work. It didn't heat up or froth at the beginning for me though...I might have put too much liquid? Or overfilled it?? it works for me now. Just takes time getting use to it. Not sure if will recommend it. I have mixed feelings about this one

Doesn't last long
It doesn’t last very long. I’ve had this frother about a year now. At first it was great - then it took longer and longer to heat the milk. Now I put it on first before even starting to make my espresso and then it is still not finished by the time my espresso is ready for it. So it works - just way too slowly.

Dissapointed.
Really disappointing. I bought this frother because the cup and lid can go in the dishwasher. That’s the only positive. It takes like 10 minutes to complete one froth cycle. Additionally, if you happen to overfill, the milk will burn on the hearing element and it is impossible to clean off. Going to back to my old one.

Broke after a year and a half

When this product works it is great (it works correctly about a quarter of the time). However, there is a major flaw with the product as the frother/whisker is magnetic and does not stay put. It will sometimes come off when I am frothing my milk or it will fall and splash into my cup when I am pouring the milk into my cup. Either way it is disappointing and frustrating to have inconsistency.
