Target sent to the wrong address and only recourse given was to take back to store for refund. They refused free shipping back to origin destination or picking it up and shipping to correct address. Item is a baby crib so very difficult to transport ourselves.

One board was cracked. We called customer service and they gave a refund which was way to minimal for the hassle we will have fixing it. She really wanted this crib and was told it out of stock. Otherwise I would of returned it

Disappointed with Product Quality and Support
Very disappointed! I ordered one Delta drawer and one Delta Spencer, and both showed up in horrible shape — boxes ripped and damaged. Tried returning them, but since they’re heavy, I asked for pickup. It’s been a week and still no help from Target’s customer service. Don’t waste your time or money — go somewhere with better quality and service!

We really loved this crib at my parents house, so we bought it for ours too. Unfortunately when assembling, the wood completely split in two. So disappointed because we spent hours building it just to have to disassemble and pack up again. It's very beautiful and heavy. Maybe we just got the lemon.
