Amazing pasta substitute when you learn how to soften them

rinse them well, i actually soak in water a few minutes, then take scissors and cut to about 3 inches. They are super crunchy until you let them set in the warm sauce a few minutes. Not too long or they will be too soggy just like overcooked spaghetti noodles but healthy, low carb, and economical compared to other low carb alternative noodles

Order these in November and by January were outdated, therefore, will not ever reorder.

I use these instead of regular spaghetti. I cover them with tomato sauce and cut them up in salad. They're cheaper here than any other source.

I decided to write a review due to the zero one given by the former customer. A review is, to my understanding, more than an individual's expression of an experience devoid of substantive commentary. Fortunately, the rest of the customers were cogent and clear, so I will be brief. My son and grandson who are in the food industry (at well- starred restaurants) were captivated by the qualities of these Kelp Noodles, as am I. The noodles morph from a crispy edge in cold foods if desired, to a well formed soft cellophane noodle that has absorbed the level of taste inherent in a well prepared dish. Bone broth soup, rendered for 48+ hours, loves these noodles and imparts a culinary experience somewhat reminiscent of a great pho.... but without the rice carbs or potential bloat. Kelp is exceptionally healthy to boot. Enjoy!

This stuff is awful - still have nightmares

These are a very refreshingly crispy noodle that are very convenient to use (just open the bag, rinse them off, and use them) that could probably be used in many different dishes and be very versatile. For me, the downside of these noodles is that they have a pretty high sodium content. But I must also admit that I consume next-to-no sodium so any sodium at all seems high to me.

i was looking for kelp and read across these..they are wonderful..so many ways to fix them...and you can store them on the shelf until you open....ill be ordering more....

these noodles are so great for someone like myself who does not eat wheat or rice based noodles. I was thrilled to find them on the swanson website. In my small city, they are not sold in stores. **TIP- they will eventually become soft and similar in texture to glass noodles if soaked in hot water. It does take some time, but worth it.

I love these as I will probably stop using pasta. This works well with turkey hamburger and sauce. I only wish I could purchase in a store....as they are going to be a regular part of my diet.

I was so happy to find these at Swanson's. Good quality and price.

I love these Kelp Noodles as a flour pasta replacement. They're so convenient. Just open the package, rinse and add to sauce or cut up into a salad. I love them either way. I've been ordering from another online site and I'm thrilled that Swanson has them now.
