Paradontax Active Gum Health Breath Freshener Mouthwash is an alcohol-free mouthwash designed to help with bleeding gums by killing 99.9% of plaque bacteria. Instead of using alcohol this mouthwash is formulated with Cetylpyridinium Chloridean, which creates an antibacterial shield to prevent plaque buildup. To use, adults and children over 6 should swish 20 mL of the rinse for 30 seconds twice a day after brushing, then spit it out. I do like the mild mint flavor is this mouthwash. Thankfully it isn't too overpowering that I can't use it. I also like the fact this mouthwash does burn or sting the entire inside of my mouth like other mouthwashes do. I do have an issue with bleeding gums on occasion. Since I've started using this mouthwash, I have noticed my gums have not bleed. I also had some gum swelling towards the back of my mouth. That has went down since I started using this mouthwash. I believe I have found my new favorite mouthwash honestly. I immediately noticed how fresh and refreshing it feels in the mouth. It does not burn at all since it's alcohol-free, and that's what I usually look for in my mouthwashes. I truly enjoyed and loved the flavor; it has a touch of mint but mainly cinnamon. But most importantly, I noticed how it does NOT dry the mouth out. My breath feels super fresh and clean.
