Frame keeps crashing

You can upload photos through the app or emailing them in. Except every time I email photos, the frame crashes. It shows one photo in the gallery even though I have over a thousand. Delete that photo and it shows I have none. Reset the frame and it gets stuck on a new photo. Factory reset and it MAYBE fixes the problem. Customer service can't figure it out either and this has been going on for MONTHS. At this point I'm better off buying a cheap tablet and setting it to scroll through photos. Waste of money.

Holds tons of photos. Screen shows photos with excellent clarity. This never gets boring, especially when family or friends send their pictures to the frame by just using email. Lots of flexibility for viewing. Probably the most popular item in my living room.

Would not recommend. Took a lot of time to download about 3000 pictures, but I just see about the same 300-400 over and over. Maybe I need to sign up for plus. Either way not happy.

Potential buyers beware: you will most likely end up paying full price for this frame expecting to see tons of pictures that you love. Prepare to have to pay a MONTHLY FEE unless you only want 500 mb worth of pictures, definitely was not advertised at the time of purchase. $29.99 isn’t a lot of money for a years worth of access, until you realize you’re paying to see your own pictures on a frame that was paid full price for.
