You can use it up to 4 times a day. I didn't care for the light sunblock-esque scent, but it went away, and the product worked for me.

This cream seems to be effective to clear Dyshidrotic eczema. I was applying this cream 2x a day and also tea tree oil and the bumps went away in 2 days.

The texture of this is nice, and it is hydrating. There really is not a scent to this. The tube makes it easy to get the product out. I have noticed that the redness and itchy feeling go away after applying. I'm definitely keeping this around since it really has helped me.

I would do anything for....Nizoral Psoriasis Relief Cream. It came into my life like a calm, soothing whisper to my angry, itchy skin. It has the consistency of a dream—smooth, not too thick, not too runny. The scent? Barely there. Which is perfect, because I don’t need my elbows smelling like a botanical garden explosion. And best of all—it works. That stubborn itch? Gone. The flaky, red situation? Way better. I no longer look like I got into a fight with a bag of flour and lost. Would I fight a Gator for this cream? Maybe. Would I let Janet borrow it? Absolutely not.

I noticed a difference on the second day my skin feels so much better after using for two weeks. My patches have reduced dramatically. It is unscented so gentle on skin. It comes packaged in a box and is ready to open and use. I highly recommend.
