I am incredibly disappointed and frankly, feel misled by Tylenol's new "Precise Pain Relieving Cream." As a loyal customer who trusts the Tylenol brand for effective pain relief, I naturally assumed that any product bearing their name would contain their signature active ingredient, acetaminophen. Imagine my surprise and frustration upon discovering, after purchase, that this cream contains absolutely no acetaminophen. This is, in my opinion, a deceptive marketing tactic. The Tylenol brand is synonymous with acetaminophen. To release a "pain relieving cream" under that same established brand name, without clearly and prominently disclosing that it lacks the very ingredient customers associate with Tylenol, is disingenuous. It preys on consumer trust and leads to false expectations. Beyond the misleading branding, the product itself was ineffective for my pain. I purchased this cream specifically hoping for the kind of relief I've come to expect from Tylenol products. Instead, I experienced minimal to no noticeable pain reduction. It feels like a generic topical cream that could be sold under any brand, but here it's riding on the coattails of Tylenol's reputation, only to deliver a completely different experience. I urge Tylenol to be more transparent with their product labeling and marketing. If a product doesn't contain acetaminophen, it should not be marketed in a way that implies it does, especially under a brand so strongly associated with that ingredient. I feel cheated out of my money and, more importantly, out of effective pain relief when I needed it. I will be much more cautious about purchasing Tylenol brand extensions in the future.

Bought this today. Did not relieve back pain but made the area itch instead.

This is a game changer! It numbs the area and helps me when my back is really bad. I didn’t think it would work so well. I have bulging discs and herniated discs. Obviously wont make all the pain away but makes a significant difference.

Don't know people could be confused that there is Tylenol in this product. Open your eyes and read the package. Anyway, I wish it didn't have any smell. Works though.

Love the product itself. However, the roll-on contraption is totally useless and just adds to the cost.

I was skeptical at first, but I spent the last 10 weeks training for a half marathon and some days my legs and feet were killing me after runs. I would put this on and sit in my foot/calf massager and feel 10x better. The smell isn’t overwhelming which is great for someone like me who is easily trigger by scents to have a headache. It’s super easy to apply without getting all over your hands. It’s a great value for the size/cost. It is most definitely fast acting, I feel relief almost instantly. I am definitely adding this to my first aid kit!

Husband and I just tried this produce. Slight scent was pleasant and Roll in application is great but absolutely No change in pain for either of us. Disappointed. We could not feel any cooling or numbing at all.

Tylenol Precise Cooling Pain Relieving Cream: it is a very effective cream that contains lidocaine and menthol to help relieve muscle pain, it is a cream that is absorbed very quickly and is not sticky at all, nor does it leave residue on the skin and I really like its Rollerball applicator which helps to massage in the area that you spread it, helping to calm the pain more quickly, the cream when you put it on you feel a fresh sensation with a fresh mint aroma, it serves to relieve minor joint and muscle pain such as in the back, knees, shoulders, neck and many other parts. I loved this product and it is very necessary to always have a cream that helps relieve pain.

The scent is very light which is great. After rubbing in the product no residue was left and left a cooling sensation versus a burning sensation. Will be using this regularly when needed as it did offer some relief to sore muscles. It had a pleasant smell also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tylenol pain relieving cream is a life saver after a long day on my feet. I work 12 hour days where I’m on my feet all day and normally come home to achy and sore muscles. This cream has small roller balls on the tip of the applicator so you can apply it exactly where you need it and it kind of massages your skin as you apply it. This dries quickly and doesn’t leave an oily or sticky residue behind. I have been using this multiple times a week and it’s been a must have.

My husband used it on his lower back for pain and I didn’t hear him complaining about pain later that day. I tried it on my back as well. It had a cooling feeling, which I prefer over hot. We will def keep using this.
