Not good very poorly made dont stick
I've been using these products for years, but I'm starting to become dissatisfied with them as they fail to stick to my panties after an hour and literally detach. What a waste of money. Make the adhesive on the back more effective.

BAD CHOICE - POST SURGERY
I bought these pads after a surgery (LEEP for anyone thinking of buying this product; doctor prepared me for small leakages). The pad itself is oval/oblong shaped, but everything leaks out despite the low flow days. It absorbs everything within a rectangular shape within the perimeter; the rest does absolutely nothing in keeping undies dry. I've used 3 out of my 70+ pack and they've all leaked out terribly. I would recommend going with another brand like "CareFree." I only switched because I got baited by the brand marketing.

Panty liners
Always pads/panty liner is my go to for pads. I love the purple plastic wrap that it's packaged in just because it has my favorite color. These panty liners are good for leaks & after your cycle, they are thick enough to hold. I do not like scented products on my private area but they do smell good.

Regardless of the material of the undergarment, it seems that the glue doesn't work as well as it used to be. They do not stay in place, do not stick to the undergarments. They end up moving, shifting, sticking to your skin and therefore is not doing the job it is intended to.

Not good
I used to love these. My cycle has changed and I now have a heavier flow. I use these in addition to a tampon. The plastic adhesive is permeable. I’ve had staining through underwear and pants because of them. I’m not sure what changed but these are not good especially for heavy flow days.
