Damaged rug

Just opened my beautiful new rug to find that it is damaged. There is a section of it where the looming is prominently defective as seen on the top and underside of the rug. Proper quality control would have prevented this rug from being shipped to a customer. It’s an 8x10 and very heavy and my only recourse is to package it up and return it to the store for a refund. I’m very frustrated.

I absolutely don’t understand the low reviews of this rug. I bought it for my child’s playroom and it’s so soft and yet firm enough he can play on it and build on it. The color is fantastic. Looks durable and good quality.

Be aware...Ivory not as pictured

I really liked this rug overall including the texture/thickness however the color is completely off from the pictures! I ordered the ivory, which looks all ivory in the pictures, but is actually an ivory and beige/tan color. It's like half of the loops are ivory and half of the loops are beige. Very disappointing and will be returning!

Not as pictured.

I ordered the ivory rug and it literally came in a tan/brown color. Pictures of the rug are very deceiving.
