its great but the mop head is scraping the floor, and mop fibers are too short

When mopping, it’s best to flare the mop head so that all fibers make contact with the surface and the red base lies flat on the floor and the pointed part of the red base is facing forward when mopping. This will help with the issue you are experiencing.

won't stay together
Won't stay together. The mop head female threads are not the same size as the male threads at the end of the handle. The mop will not screw together. Useless. Will be returning.

I wouldn’t recommend this product at all. The mop handle doesn’t extend so when you mop, you have to hunch over. The mop head also flips when you mop so the brush part goes up and the plastic part on top scrapes the floor.

Once fully extended your handle should be 48 inches, and you should see 3 different sections (one red and two gray metal tubes). If you are not seeing all sections, it is likely “section 3” attached to the gray Thread Plug that is not extending. Please remove the red triangle base by unscrewing the connect from the handle. Then try twisting the grey thread plug at the very bottom of the handle while holding firmly onto section 2 with the opposite hand. We hope this helps! Great, except the fact extending mop handle easily collapses. The top part doesn’t seem to have the turning/locking part that the bottom part has to keep it from collapsing.

HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE!!! I didn’t want to leave a star, but I had to was required. The mop head kept coming off and the extender would not lock in place . Good luck if you buy one.

Love this mop!
Absolutely love this mop! I have been looking for a new mop and decided to go with this O-Cedar Easy wring. I have tile and bamboo floors in my house. Always worried about using too much water on bamboo as it could ruin them. I felt like my floors were not really getting clean with the spray type mop. Used it for the first time today. Very easy to put together. Make sure you pull to extend the mop and fully and twist to tighten. Used the powder soap packet that it came with. Nice scent and definitely cleaned my floors. I love it. Floors are clean and this mop makes the chore easier and quicker.

Plastic scratching on floor
It cleans, but the plastic scratching the floor literally feels like nails on a chalkboard. Everytime I use it, I am reminds why I hate using it.

The mop was purchased for a wedding gift but the box had been opened and the items were thrown in the box and it was definitely not new packaging. We will probably return the item and get another item from the registry as this is unacceptable to gift as a new gift

Wringing feature is lacking
