This is a great neutral compact. It packs a lot of neutral tones (matte and iridescent) in a small, easy to carry compact. I bought mine from Target and they did a great job of mailing it quickly and in good condition.

I have 3 Cover Shot palettes and love them except for this one. I never reach for this, even though the shades are great tones. They are just too hard to pick up enough on the brush. The matte formulas in the other Covershot palettes I own are soft and easy to use.

Better options at this price point
I purchased this as a travel option in the same order with another ND mini palette that was roughly the same price. Comparing the two, the quality on this one is WAY lower. The color selection and variation is nice, but the pigmentation is lackluster and the texture is chalky. It doesn't blend well and you have to apply multiple layers. The other palette's shadows went on smooth and velvety, and this one felt like drugstore makeup.

Don't waste your money!
Sadly, I wish I had paid more attention to the teviews. The matte colors are really nice. Its smooth but this is outrageously over priced for the money! In todays ecnomy there are less expensive brands that are just as beautiful. You are paying for the packaging and brand. This will last no time before I will need to choose another. Very poor quality for the price
Really surprised by all the great reviews. About half of my makeup is drugstore makeup so I’m not a top-of-the-line type person when it comes to makeup but this stuff is so poorly pigmented and fairly chalky that I would expect it to be a cheap $5 pallet. I’ve been using the Naked2 pallet for several years and love it as a simple base and use the black as eyeliner and it all goes on crisply and as dark as I want it to be. I can’t use this black as eyeliner at all. I have to layer it three times and even then I don’t get a crisp line out of it. I love the colors but everything else is pretty bad.

These are good colors and relatively easy to blend. But is there an annual award for salesmanship; maybe The Pluggie? If so, I'm nominating whoever came up with the descriptive phrase for this product I've seen several times, "travel size." It's about one-third the amount of shadow I'd expect for the price. My bad for not picking up on THAT clue.

Stays put all day, buildable, blends easily
This is my go-to palate. It's hard to find the perfect purple but this one nails it. Plus the colors don't fade during the day and you can easily blend the darkest shades into the lightest shades. It blends nicely. I have cool/neutral undertones and this palate is perfect.

I felt that the colors I got didn't quite match the picture online, but fortunately I still liked the colors and keeping it. The eyeshadow itself has no fall out issues, blends like a dream. one of the best eyeshadows I've used. lasted all day. Great neutral palette
I really love this palette. There's a nice balance of matte and shimmers and the colors blend and work well together. Love that there are warm and cool colors. The color payoff is good, but there is a lot of fallout compared to other eyeshadows I own. The palette itself is compact and doesn't take up a lot of space. Overall, I would definitely buy this again and am thinking about purchasing some of the other color palettes. This is a great daily and/or travel palette.

Worth the money
I normally do not pay much money for eyeshadow, but I after years of using less expensive name brands that crumble up and become messy after several uses I decided to try this palette. I was pleased that not only did this come in nice neutral shades that aren't all "glittery" (I like more matte finishes), that it applied well and does crumble up in the case after several uses.

Not really impressed with this palette at all. I do not think the eyeshadow is highly pigmented on the contrary I think it's very light and it definitely does not stay on very long. Even with an eyeshadow primer, color me unimpressed.
