Size listed incorrectly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug they send is actually 10 x 14 feet. When you try to complain, all they offer you a free return which is insanity. You have to argue with them to even get 20% off. Would never purchase from Rugs USA again and we were previously buying ALL of our rugs here.

Beautiful rug, TERRIBLE QUALITY

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The woven loops have begun to come loose on the first day of using the rug. Extremely disappointed, and regret wasting money on this poor quality item. It’s a shame because it is otherwise beautiful.

Beautiful Rug, Insane Packaging

What reputable company folds a gorgeous wool rug into a rectangle creating unnecessary folds throughout instead of rolling the carpet ti keep it crease free?Common sense is rather uncommon.
