Packing was poor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really shocked by the poor packing and how tightly the rug was rolled. It has been several weeks and I can’t get the rug to really lay flat yet. I like the rug itself but it doesn’t look great.

Was So Hopeful But Ended Up Disappointed

It’s a beautiful rug, however it arrived damaged. Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be any quality control protocols in place before rugs are shipped out. The rug had a large tear and also the border had many frays throughout. Disappointed as now I have to lug this large rug to the store for a return.

Great Rug, Great Color!

Using this rug under a desk in a home office. Easy to roll a chair over. Color came out similar to images provided on website. Overall am very happy with the purchase, it was a great choice for me!

Dont buy!

Misleadind! The rug is short by over 4 inches and nuloom thinks that’s ok. And I can’t return it for a new one because now it’s out of stock. I quess I got the last one made with the material they had left. Which wasn’t enough!!! Lol Nothing against Target but I guess they need to look at who they do business with. I contacted Nuloom first and they weren’t willing to do anything just said call Target. So needless to say if your looking for a rug to fit a certain measurement rethink buying one of Nulooms rugs!!
