Picture in the store was great. Get home and it's REALLY BAD sometimes. Not sure what the issue is. I have contacted support but no one has returned. TV is only a few months old. What's up? Looks like I am looking thru a waterfall. This is first Vizio brand I have owned. Won't buy another.

An extremely great tv. I really loved it but I’m upset this tv didn’t last 7 months. It randomly blacked out and has stripes! Vizio won’t offer me a gift card to go get another one from target. I’m grateful they will send me another one but the wait to get it shipped to my house is 2-3 weeks, which is ridicious!!! Especially for the price I paid. Recommend those looking for a tv to buy another tv brand or make sure you have back up tv’s in your house (especially since this may happen to you too).

Less than two months in, and I take pristine care of my electronics, and green artifacts and horizontal lines started glitching my display. No rhyme or reason as to why. If you call Vizio, and they tell you they can send you a recertified TV, they can ONLY ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS! If you do not have a credit card, they can only refund you. Previously I had a small bedroom TV that’s continued to last me over a decade. This TV can last you two months.

Nice picture but it’s a lemon. I have to factory reset it almost every week. I’ve contacted support and they have no answers. I have 4 other Vizio’s and have never had any issues. Will definitely go back to LG for my next TV.

Bought this a week or so ago and it’s nothing but problems. WiFi issues (tested to this tv), factory reset as instructed by support, login issues to site, can’t continue setup because I already installed the app and now is registered but wants me says the code on my tv invalid. Account invalid. Hours on this mess now.

I have had Vizios for years, this one is pure crap. The tv itself is okay but the remote and the apps are horrible. They remote is the worst I have ever had. The apps aren't much better, and the transition from Tv to app or vice versa are maddening. Do better Vizio.
