My son who is a distance runner LOVES these! He’ll have 2-3 a day! I pack it for him as a snack for lunch to make sure he gets more fruits! He also finds he likes this pre-meet and even post. The Gogo Squeez Active Fruit Blend with Electrolytes in Blueberry, Strawberry Lemon is a decent on the go snack when you need a quick pick me up. The pouches are small and convenient enough to just throw in your bag. I do wish that they were a little larger and offered more product because they literally take 2 seconds to consume. They have the texture of applesauce and go down smoothly. The taste is very subtle but pleasant and not too sweet which I like. I can taste the tartness of the lemon and the blueberry but I'm not picking up the strawberry. Also, they have no weird aftertaste which is great. I appreciate the added vitamins and electrolytes that battle dehydration as you go through your day. Overall, a simple portable snack when you need a little boost.

It reminded me of applesauce, apples are the 1st ingredients on the list which is what it would be the most of in this product. It was a little misleading because the product is a fruit blend that's labeled as blueberry, strawberry and lemon, but the taste is more like apples. It should have a mention of apple on the front. The flavor overall was really good though! The consistency was like applesauce. The ingredient list looks pretty natural and healthy with real fruit, but there are preservatives in it. It's a light, non filling snack.
