Somewhat disappointed
The rug is soft and the color looks great in the room. The rug is still very wavy and uneven, so does not lie flat to the floor— you see bubbles and ridges. It is getting better, but still is wavy. I wrote to the manufacturer 4 days ago to see if they had suggestions to help flatten it out, but have not gotten any response, but have gotten several marketing emails so I know they got my email.
