    Not for serious cleaning

    It is heavy. This vacuum does not click upright, you have to prop it up on something. Forget about vacuuming under things, it does not pivot to the side so you can get those dust bunnies hiding.

    Not worth money

    This vacuum is not worth any money. The suction is just about nonexistent. The charge doesn’t last all that long; even with a charge you’re not going to vacuum anything up. For reference, I am vacuuming hardwood floors and it’s struggling to pick up dust.

    Stopped working - 6 months

    We’ve had this vacuum for maybe 6 months and it has not been used heavily or anything and it just doesn’t work. It might be the battery but even then it’s $80 to replace. The absolutely would not buy this vacuum again. Apart from just dying, it didn’t suction great either.

    It works well, battery life is good from what I can tell. I wish the bin that holds the debris was bigger but what can you do, it's cordless which is so convenient. Not too loud compared to over vacuums.

    Don’t waste your money. Our $60 Black & Decker is better than this. The battery doesn’t last, when I go from wood floors to a rug it just stops. And it doesn’t click into place so you have to lean it on something, and most times it falls over. I wish I could get my money back.

    Have had this vacuum for over 2 years I believe. I absolutely love it! As someone with long hair and hair loss issues it picks my hair up with ease and doesn’t get tangled up in the brush. It is light weight and easy to use Have not had any problems with it. I will need to get a new one only because mine fell on the floor and the plastic dust bin got broke other then that I recommend this vacuum!
