I guess steer clear from holiday gift sets

Super disappointed in these mascaras. I’ve previously bought this line of mascara in the mini and full sizes and have loved them. I bought this set as a stocking stuffer (for myself) and was super disappointed in the quality. Both the regular and the waterproof were so dry, they were practically unusable. The waterproof was so dried out, I don’t think any mascara actually coated my lashes. The regular was dry and flaky, like the consistency of an old tube of mascara that’s almost empty. My guess is that Too Faced repurposed their close-to-expiring minis as a holiday gift set. Giving it 2 stars for the cute little makeup bag, and for the benefit of the doubt, since normally I do like the Better Than mascaras.
