Well satisfied with this multi
I appreciate the nutritional support from this multivitamin. Appropriate for my age, it has what is needed to fill in the gaps in my nutrient levels from day to day. I think it is well-absorbed too and is proven when I go in for checkups.

Confusing labeling if this product is iron free.
I need multivitamins with no iron. I absolutely cannot tolerate it. I cannot be 100% certain that this product does not contain iron. I remember not too long ago you carried multivitamins 50+ for her that were clearly labeled No Iron right on the front of the bottle. Have you discontinued that product? Does this product contain iron? This is not something with which I can take a chance.

Buy the non-gendered Multi instead
Pro: NatureMade is the only vitamin brand I've seen that consistently has any external verification of what it contains (USP), and the nutrient profile is good. Con: The "Women's" multivitamin has a bit more folic acid and the calcium is bumped up from 12% to 19%, but you only get 90 pills for almost the same price as 130 of the non-gendered multivitamin. Unless you need 250% of folic acid rather than 100%, get the non-gendered multivitamin and save money.

great value, trustworthy brand and formulation
I find the list of vitamins to be perfect for my needs. I appreciate that this product does not include added iron and that is why I take it despite not matching the recommended age group. The tablets are easy to swallow even though they are a bit large since they get slick with water. I also find that these typically have a long shelf life, so I can trust that the bottles will last a long time even if I am requesting these as part of an online order. I do not pay for 3rd party reports of supplement testing but I have seen Nature Made listed in many articles as a top mainstream vitamin manufacturer for 3rd party testing and ingredient purity. I hope that remains true as I trust this brand!

Bring Back Softgel please!!!
Please bring back the Softgel! They were the best for absorption and ease of taking. The hard pill is tough to get down for some.

Nature Made Ladies 50 Plus Tablet Vitamins
I am very disappointed that Nauture Made has discontinued the Softgel form of the Women's Miultivitamin. The Softgels really filled the bill for me, they were easy to swallow and were not upsetting to the stomach. I don't care for the Gel Viitamins as they are too sugary and seem like a fade/trend. I have since, with regret, switched over to Centrum Women's Plus over 50 vitamins since they are easier to swallow then these large horse size tablets and my general dislike of gummies. Please bring the soft gels back, especially for the Over 50 ladies...it seems to be the best fit due to all the aforementioned reasons!

Be careful
Be careful of recommendations on healthy amounts of the B6. I have been having peripheral neuropathy symptoms and my neurologist did bloodwork. She said my B6 level is elevated and can be causing my symptoms. The recommended amount for women over 50 is 1.7 mg per day. The Nature Made multi vitamin for women over 50 is 6 mg! I feel more energized on this multivitamin but will only take it every 3 days or so, so that I am not getting elevated levels.

I love the thyroid support included in the multi 50+ for her. I seem to have more energy. Its hard to swallow, though. Gummie or gel caplet would help. Not sure how much longer i can keep trying to swallow them

Made me super nauseous. I've tried it with and without food and it made me immediately queasy. I did not have this same issue with the softgel capsule version.

I’ve been taking the soft gels for years and was very happy with them. I especially liked that they don’t contain iron. The tablets are hard to swallow and I imagine many others who are 50+ have the same problem. Why did you discontinue them? I’m aware you have gummies but I’m an adult not a child. You don’t need to make it “fun” to take my vitamins. I don’t want to chew 3 gummies when I could swallow 1 capsule and be done. Please bring back the soft gels. I gave this product 3 stars because I do like the formula just not the tablets.
