    Button Placement

    I like the use of the device on my thicker hair, but the placement of the buttons are directly in the path of use when you flip the comb to get the other side of your hair. The first time I used it, I turned it off 5x. That is now down to once, but it is a pain when you have to wait for it to heat up again. I rally like the comb- I just wish for better button placement.

    Pass on the Mane Pass

    I love all my L'Ange, so was very surprised by the poor results I get with this. My straightener works so much better, leaving my hair shiny and smooth. I tried to return but despite what your site says you don't accept returns😢

    Mane Pass

    My hair is thick & wavy, bushy to my shoulders. It worked well to straighten my hair but still had waves in the back. I had to use the flat iron to finish it off. Easy to use. Directions were great. Took less time than using the flat iron. I used the recommended heat protectant Lange product.

    So very disappointing

    Got this and the Le Duo Grande. Had been researching these products for like 6 months, reading reviews, watching videos ans was soooo excited to try it. While it was warming up, I brushed through my hair and added the lange thermal protector and then parted my hair into small sections just as the instructions said, and what do you know? NOTHING HAPPENED. I tried a small section at least 5 passes, and it just got frizzy instead of straight. Tried a different section, still NOTHING. DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS UNLESS YOU ARE EXPECTING DISAPPOINTMENT. Will never buy again.

    Button issue

    I unfortunately keep turning it off or down as I use it. The button is in a location that you grab/push the handle. I will keep it, but it keeps shutting off. My hair is long there I grab and pull through thick hair.
