As others have stated, the new formulation of this has burned my skin, my eyes, caused all sorts of little bumps to form, and the irritation doesn't go away easily. I'm HOPING it hasn't caused permanent damage. And you're still marketing this as a gentle cleanser for sensitive skin??? What an unethical thing for this company to do.

I am so upset. I wish I had seen the most recent reviews, I hate that only the top ones are shown first. I take such good care of my skin and sadly ran out of my regular face wash so I decided to use this one since it was targeted for sensitive skin. I completely burned my skin and am experiencing the worst allergic reaction from a skincare product in my life. This is unacceptable to promote for sensitive skin

This stuff doesn’t lather and does not remove makeup well at all. I honestly wondered if they sent me the wrong product bc it doesn’t cleanse - leaves my face feeling like I just rubbed lotion on it. Very disappointed.

I have combination skin that’s also sensitive, and this cleanser is one of the few that doesn’t cause irritation or redness. It has a fresh, clean scent that isn’t overpowering. I’ve noticed my skin feels more balanced and calm after using it consistently. I bought this on a whim since I ran out of my previous cleanser and now I use this cleanser daily! It is smooth and keeps my skin feeling smooth and clean after a long day. I like that it does not really have a scent so it does not burn when it gets in your eyes It definitely lasts a long time too being in such a large bottle.

Gentle, non-comedogenic cleanser. I used this as my daily cleanser for years, but it was not strong enough for my acne issues. My dermatologist recommended the effaclar line as it has salicylic acid, but I still really enjoyed this cleanser!

I have psoriasis and need a cleanser that is gentle on my skin ESPECIALLY in flare ups (like right now 😅) This cleanser has worked wonderfully for keeping my skin clean without breaking me out! It’s quick and easy to use. There really isn’t much of a scent which is perfect for my skin!
