Great Gentle Cleanser with SA
I love this Gleanser. My face skin is too sensitive right now to use SA, but I use this as a body wash, rotating with the regular Gleanser and the Glycolic Acid Gleanser. My partner, who has more oily acne-prone skin, likes this product as well for face and body.

Great SA Cleanser, Same rules apply around eyes
Leaves a similar hydrating feeling as the OG gleanser, BUT I would NEVER apply this near sensitive areas, like my eyes. This goes for all salicylic acid products. Its worth mentioning since most salicylic acid cleansers are pretty drying and its more intuitive to keep them away from the eyes compared to this product. I saw someone leave a bad review about swollen red eyelids and it compelled me to leave this review because no salicylic acid products should be applied on or near your eyelids. As with all salicylic acid cleansers, you need a 2nd cleanser for your eye area (and prolly neck too).

I’ve never actually finished a cleanser until this one. I love it. I usually struggle with salicylic acid, it makes me red, blotchy, and irritated. This is the first salicylic acid cleanser that doesn’t bother my skin. And I don’t even have “sensitive” skin, I’ve used 0.1% tretinoin for years and I do chemical peels regularly, but salicylic acid has always been tricky for me. I bought this cleanser back in June, and I use it twice a day (sometimes even to shave). Since then, my skin texture has noticeably improved, and I barely get those pesky sebaceous filaments on my nose anymore. Here’s how I use it: in the morning I do a quick wash just to rinse off my moisturizers, but at night I lather it up, massage for about a minute, and then let it sit for around three minutes before rinsing. It’s helped keep blackheads under control and my skin smooth. I do use other products, but I’ve definitely seen improvements after adding this into my routine.

This cleanser is SCARY!! I bought this cleaners and after two weeks of using it the skin around my eyes and mouth are red, irritated, dry, itchy, and it WON’T go away, I think I need to be seen by a doctor to get a prescribed topical medication to fix my face. My face literally burns because of this cleanser and I have very normal to oily skin. I will never ever ever ever buy this again. Be CAREFUL!!

I have combination skin and I am sensitive on my chin area. This IS THE WORST CLEANSER I’ve tried. It broke me out on my chin really bad but also other places on my face that I never do and also made me itchy. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
