Great Grinder, Excellent Results
I absolutely love this grinder. It works great, delivers consistent results, and has become an essential part of my coffee routine. It’s surprisingly compact, doesn’t take up much counter space, and is very easy to use. The build quality feels solid, and the grind consistency has noticeably improved the quality of my coffee. My only suggestion would be to include more guidance on finding the ideal grind size, burr setting, and dosage for different coffee types and brewing methods. Works Great at the Office!
Pros - Lots of different grind options - Grinds have been consistent - Large resevoir for beans - Grinder is not very messy Cons - Kind of noisy for an office (not really any different from other grinders) I originally bought this coffee grinder to use daily at my office. After extensive testing I can confidently say I am happy with this coffee grinder! One of my cowrkers actually owns a coffee shop and even he was satisfied with the performance of this non commercial bean grinder. We have been able to dial this in for multiple types of coffee beans to make great tasting espresso! If you are looking for a reliable grind then you could not go wrong with this machine. The only con I can think of is that it is a bit noisy but that is true of the majority of coffee grinders.

It works!
Simple and straightforward and before anything it works perfectly. I'm still learning my way around it especially when using it for extended time, seems like the grind consistency differs when it heats after using for multiple rounds, may require adjusting the grind level, but overall I love it. It is easy to use, easy to clean and works very well.

This is the second Breville coffee grinder I have purchased. The first one gave me great service for many years. After thousands of pounds of coffee I felt I needed a new one so I am back for another Breville. I wonder if you offer refurbishing service for my old Breville--my son needs a good coffee grinder

I've gone through plenty of coffee grinders. So far my review would be that, it is not too loud, and can grind the exact amount of coffee desired efficiently and consistently. The grind is very even, far mor consistant than other grinders I have used. We will see how it holds up. The only downside so far, is that there is a bit of static when using the ground container. But, it is really not bad. A stainless lid will attract a little coffee grounds.

Excellent and multifunctional grinder
I got this coffee grinder to primarily grind espresso for my Breville Infuser. It is fantastic. Super easy to set up. I watched a lot of videos to figure out how to dial in the machine but it’s intuitive. This is my first coffee grinder outside of a hand burr grinder. I have been using it for about a week, so I’m sure I’ll learn more as time goes by. I’m excited to use it for French press and drip grounds as well!

The Over-Priced Bambino Doesn't Live Up to the Hype
I bought this Breville Bambino going from the reviews I read. In my experience the Bambino is a sham, over-hyped and expensive. My DeLonghi $99 expresso maker did better at one third the price. First, the Bambino won't extract a hot espresso, Period. Second, it won't Auto extract the correct 1 cup or 2 cup, no matter how many times you reset it to factory settings. You have to extract manually, or it won't properly give a decent volume. I found this machine is not worth the effort to make a decent espresso. I tried different ground courseness, various tamping measures and amounts, I did everything and then gave up and ordered a Casabrew machine at 1/3 the price of this sham Breville. A Nespresso will kick the Bambino's butt when it comes to a decent espresso. Just my 2 cents.

Poor quality from my point of view
i have used this grinder less than 18 months and had to repair it once. Now it is broken again; just spins but no grinding. It is very tedious to disassemble and repair. I will never buy it or any there Breville small appliance again

great lattes from a great product
I make about two Lattes a day using my Breville coffee maker and until I purchased and used my new Breville coffee grinder I didn't realize how much better the latte was when I ground the coffee correctly. Allows a perfect grind for a perfect time. Also a lot cleaner to use. No mess.

Poor quality grinder and very limited parts availability. To me it's like a disposable coffee grinder. No, I do not recommend this grinder, I prefer Baratza Encore ESP over Breville Smart Grinder Pro.

Perfect Grinder -- Wish Breville Would Stand By It
The grinder itself is perfect -- easy to use and clean, while offering everything one would need. However, for Breville to NOT HAVE ENOUGH INVENTORY to cover replacement parts bothers us enormously! We "invested" in Breville, paying top-dollar prices, hoping that it would not be discontinued within a year or two, or not being able to purchase additional and/or REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR THE LIFE OF THE ITEM, which, unfortunately, is not the case. Breville people, PLEASE STAND BY YOUR PRODUCTS for the LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS, by making the parts available! Is that not the real reason you (Breville) designed and manufactured a great product?

When they work, they're great!
I have three of these grinders, one works well. The other two do not grind per the settings. I switched the upper gear with one of the machines and that seemed to fix the problem.. However, I can't seem to find the replacement upper gear for sale anywhere. I need a fourth grinder and looking at other options.

Great grinder and many grind size settings
Purchased this grinder based on YouTube and articles feedback. No regrets. Finally see crema when dialing in an espresso with this grinder. You will have to do several trial and errors to get the right grind size setting for type of bean used so don't get discouraged if you don't get good results the first few tries. Purchased fresh roasted beans Guatemala origin and grind size 5 finally gave me the results. Hoping the grinder last quite a while. Thanks Breville!
