Poor design/quality.
I purchased (2) chairs and there seemed to be a design/quality issue. The wooden arms interfered with the back of the chair fitting properly between the sides. One chair was close and it was okay, but the other one was worse. tightening up the bolts pulled out a screw holding the bottom wood frame to the steel support. The chair was not square and rocks on the floor with no one in it. Also neither chair had the correct hardware even though the packages were the same.

Comfy modern chair
Overall looks just like the photo, is comfy, stylish, and was easy to put together. One arm rest has multiple imperfections so one star was removed for that. Keep in mind the white material shows everything and of course our black cats love the chair so we keep a throw over it most days to help protect it.

Beautiful and comfortable
The chair is beautiful, sturdy, and comfortable. Looks amazing in my living room. However, one arm of the chair took some elbow grease to align with the other pieces and put together. That wasn’t a problem but now the chair is slightly wobbly with one leg shorter than the others - not sure if that’s because of the arm that required extra work to put together.

Super expensive and super uncomfortable. Missing pieces and doesn’t stay together. And you only have 3 days if you want to return it so if you buy it you’re stuck with it!!!

Bad design and fabrication
I would not recommend this product. It is a poor design, that coupled with bad fabrication makes it very difficult to assemble. None of my holes lined up. I had to undo every single screw to barely get the arm rest to enter. My back rest doesn’t even sit flush with the bottom portion. Oversized washers stick out at the bottom. Not to mention it was scratched during shipping because of the way they put parts in a box.

Junk
We purchased 3 of these and only 1 is functional. The other 2 had holes drilled that didn't match up and had stripped screws on parts of the chair that came preassembled. The return process is not easy and you are treated like you are the reason the furniture is no good and no responsibility is taken for selling expensive junk.

Terrible chair. Screws doesn't match the hole and the back of the chair doesn't match where the bottom screws go. I definitely don't recommend this product.

Very comfortable but assembly was terrible
This chair is very comfortable and we love it now that we have it together. However, putting it together was VERY difficult. The instructions were unclear, an Allen wrench was missing, and pieces did not fit together as intended. I would recommend leaving the screws very loose until everything is in the correct slot and then slowly tightening all around. It's great now that the chair is together but man, that was a stressful two hours of troubleshooting.

The chair is nice but the fabric has some discolorations. It seems that the warehouse or packaging company does not handle items with care. Customers are paying for items that are often damaged during processing.

Great chairs.
