Perfect smell and great product
One of the best-smelling shampoos from the Genesis line. It gives beautiful shine, and I noticed a significant reduction in hair fall, plus lots of new baby hairs since I started using it. Even using it only two to three times a week, I saw real results. The conditioner and leave-in from this line are also amazing — I highly recommend the entire Genesis range.

Not for me
I purchased this because I am worried about hair loss. I've decided after only a couple of uses this is not for me. It smells so strong and has left my scalp feeling itchy and my hair feels dry. I've read other reviews similar to this so hopefully it's not just me

THE WORST SHAMPOO I'VE EVER USED!!
I've been using this shampoo for the past three months during which time I've noticed that my hair started falling out like crazy (A HANDFUL AT EACH WASH!!!!) and after months of growing suspicion I checked online and this seems to be a very common issue with this range!!! I would not recommend this to my worst enemy!! I've literally lost a third of my hair volume in a matter of months!!!

Unfortunately ruined my hair and scalp
I purchased the genesis shampoo and conditioner one month ago really wanting to invest in my haircare hoping these products will help me grow healthier and longer hair. Unfortunately immediately after starting using the products my hair started to break and fall out in quantities it has never before (we are talking hand fulls), as well as really irritated my scalp which became itchy and dry. Initially I thought the products can't be the reason, but after looking at some other reviews I noticed people experienced similar effects. I immediately stopped using the products which made a difference straight away. During the first wash there was almost no hair in the drain. This is beyond disappointing, as I really hoped to love these products especially considering the price that I paid for these.

Great! Use the whole set
I don't use any other shampoo now. I get all the products in the range and am very happy with the results over the last year or so. My hair doesn't break as easily, it looks healthy, and it's becoming more thick.

My hair have become so dry and break so much with this line of products that are damaged beyond repair. Line suggested first from the website for my type of hair and issue. Then because was making it way worse I’ve been suggested to use another product which I’ll not try as I can’t trust this brand anymore (I lost over 50% due to breakage since I begin using these products!) To avoid!

Hair Fall Solution
Love this entire range (Genesis). I have been using it for 8 months now and have noticed a significant reduction in amount of hair fall & breakage. Added bonus is the products in the Genesis range smell fantastic. I would highly recommend and will continue to use all 3 products for anyone with increased hair fall, paratactically if over 45. Products I'm using from Genesis range are; Genesis Bain Hydra-Fortifiant Shampoo, Genesis Reconstructing Anti-Hairfall Conditioner & Genesis Anti-Hairfall Heat Protectant Spray.

Itchy scalp
Unfortunately this didn’t agree with my scalp after the second use. But it is lovely to use. Smells lovely aswell and I wish I could continue using it! I used both the shampoo and conditioner but pretty sure it was the shampoo. I use the Kerastase length strength shampoo and have done for years. This is fine on the scalp and also lovely to use.
