The company's customer support told me the washing basin would auto-fill like a regular large washing machine, not true. This thing doesn't have anything resembling a computer chip for two-step operations. I have to manually run a rinse cycle to get the dirty water out. My other major complaint is that the unit is so lightweight the spin basin is useless. I tried to add weight by running the spin while the washing to was full of water and it was still horribly loud because the vibration made it shake uncontrollably. The only way the spin cycle can even be used is of I sit on the whole unit while it spins. I also noticed the "Agitation" spinners on the bottom of the washing basin have torn apart elastics from multiple socks &underwear. I wanted this to be a band-aid while we get the house's sewer line repaired. This might be feasible for a single person household but it's practically useless for a family of 5.
