New Formula
I've used SheaMoisture for years. Ever since the new formula I've been so itchy. I'm so disappointed because this product was the best. I think they might be sacrificing the quality of their products in order to make more money and achieve their community goals. Which is their choice but I've got to go with another brand because the quality has just dropped too much.

Perfect lather!

New formulation is a down-grade
I have used this bodywash consistently for several years. I always loved the weight and fragrance of the original version. The new formulation is a big disappointment. I'll have to find something different to use from here on out.

Works for dry skin

They changed the formula
I’ve been using this body wash for about 5 years now and the last time I ordered it was horrible. No scent. No lather. And it dried my skin out! This is not the same shea moisture body wash I’ve been using! The old formula smelled so good and would leave my skin soft like a baby, not dried out and burning. I used to love this body wash as someone with sensitive skin but unfortunately it’s unusable to me now. If you have purchased this in the past, be warned, it’s not the same body wash you’ve been buying. Returning this ASAP.
