Our new Raw Shea Butter, Deeply Moisturizing Body Wash is designed specifically for melanin-rich skin. Infused with Fair Trade Raw Shea, Frankincense, Myrrh, & Pro-ceramides, this body wash works to moisturize and restore dry skin, leaving it feeling soft, smooth, and visibly moisturized for 24 hours. Our moisturizing Body Wash is formulated with fair trade Shea Butter. Through our proprietary Shea Emulsion technology, we were able to break down Shea Butter into thousands of droplets that provide even, smooth coverage across the skin. This body wash is 92% naturally derived and free from sulfates, parabens, phthalates, mineral oil, and petrolatum. For best results, use this body wash in combination with other products from SheaMoisture's Raw Shea Butter Collection.

It does smell nice and forms a good lather but my skin was dry after using. I am pregnancy and hormones like that will impact the effectiveness of a product.

The rebrand of this is so bad! I can’t believe they’d change a product that was loved for years. Completely different formula. You’ll find something much more moisturizing elsewhere unfortunately.

I am a 52 year old caucasion woman with extremely dry skin. I live in the desert SW of the US. I have used many products that promise 24 hour moisture but dont deliver. Even after using sugar scrubs and exfoliating, my skin still came off when drying off. Shea Moisture delivered 24 hour moisture. My skin feels 100% better. Should market it to everyone who has extremly dry skin. Thank you.

I have been using SheaMoisture Body Wash for years - however since they changed the formula/packaging I am so disappointed in the product. The smell is meh, and it does not feel as hydrating as it did previously. Plus as other reviews have said, it’s more like a shampoo rather than a simple wash. Wish they would go back to the old formula because this just isn’t it and it’s a shame because the bottle is huge so it’s just a waste of money

They changed the formula and now it's no longer as moisturizing as before. They rebranded this product and it looks like they removed some of the ingredients or lowered their content. Previously used to shower with this and come out feeling with soft skin. Now skin just feels normal and a little dry.

I really love how great this feels on the skin. It’s super silky and smooth and my skin feels exactly like that after using. It gets me feeling clean but not stripped which is awesome. My only complaints is the smell it’s not over whelming but u do wish it smelled a bit better.
