Machine is squeaky it does it's job however it doesn't oscillate or blow in different directions well. The leuvers do not truly direct air well

Hello, I have 3 of them. Got them at a great price from here. I have one here in my back room one in a living room and one in my master bedroom. With these 3 units it keeps my 2,000 square foot home cool. Not bad.

3 year warranty is awesome.

The window fitting that came with my unit was bent in the box. I tried contacting the company, but I never heard back from them about getting a replacement part. The unit works, and my room is cooler, but it would be nice to have a window piece that fits a bit more snuggly in the window.

The portablity of this air conditioner is a giant win for me because I can easily reposition it without needing to lift a bulky unit into the window. I found it easy to operate and it keeps my space cool on hot days.

It was incredibly easy to set up and has been working perfectly. It makes my office a comfortable place to work during hot summer days.

The product would have been fine if the control buttons worked properly. Unfortunately, they didn't on the hottest day of the month? ! Not happy!!

I bought this as an additional source of AC for the guests room where the central air in my house don't seem to reach as well as in the rest of the house. I like this unit mostly because of its compact design and ease of portability. Rolls in and out of the closet easily when I have guests over. I set it right by the window where it out of the way. It cools the room quite fast and maintains the set temperature well. It also very quiet in all it's modes and even has some convenience features such as times and night mode.

I love the overall design of this portable AC unit. It is not too heavy and lightweight enough to easily transport and move it around from room to room. The portable AC unit comes in a neutral gray color, which matches well with any existing decor you may have in your room. It includes a remote control that you can easily control the settings of the AC unit, without having to get up at all. The remote control range is excellent and accurate. I can angle the vents so that the cold air blows towards whichever direction I need it to. With it being on wheels it is very easy to roll it and move it around from room to room without a hassle. My room is about 310 ft. ² and it can cool my room down so quickly and I am able to enjoy the cold air in no time. Overall, this is a great product and a great designed Portable AC unit that is practical and excellent at cooling down any space.

Ordered an 8000 BTU unit, but energyguide says it's only 5000 BTU. Does not cool a small room. Apparently, testing standards have changed so really all I got was a 5000 BTU air conditioner. BEWARE!

This is cooling our downstairs comfortablely. We've never had to use an air conditoning unit because most of our basement is in the ground with only one side exposed so it's pretty cool but with 95 degree days, day after day it was uncomfortable for the kids and I to be down there which is where all the toys are. got this delivered in 2 Days. I was able to set it up and it's been working good. I don't know about the btu output but our square footage upstairs is 1100 square feet and our basement is a little less than half and it's made it enjoyable the last 2 weeks. We didn't have this in the budget before but since having kids decided it was worth the extra to give them a nice cooled playing area. I would recommend this for small medium rooms.

After reading up on dozens of units and reviews, I picked this portable AC. It has a great price point. I choose the grey as it blends in perfectly with my paint color. My bedroom gets so hot when my downstairs stays cold. I can feel the heat slap me in the face halfway up the stairs. This unit was easy to install, minimal noise, and perfect size. It took no time at all to cool off my bedroom. Best nights sleep in months. I'm also saving money as I don't need my central AC on 69° but now at 72°. Go buy the Serenelife 8000 BTU portable AC. You won't be disappointed.

We were hoping this air conditioning unit would help with our backroom. We have a small room off our living room that has no air vents in it. The air-conditioning never really reaches out there and it gets hot, very hot. We were very happily surprised by how cool it got not only the room but the rest of the house as well. I don't think our house has ever been this cool in the summer. It was so easy to set up that we had it up and running moments after taking it out of the box. It is very quiet so it doesn't disturb anyone during the night. It also has a great dehumidifier in it. That has been so handy during the rainy season. It is an amazing addition to our home. It is small enough not to be intrusive and is very powerful. If you are looking for a way to beat the summer heat this will do it. One of the best features for our house is there is a remote control. I love that I can adjust it no matter where I am sitting in the room.

The ac unit works great, very responsive remote control as well. The installation was about three minutes. We did let it sit up right for 24 hrs to make sure the Compressor wouldn't mess up . Thankfully it is keeping our room fresh this summer. I would get it again.

We have a build on room with no ac vent. Unit was quick to cool entire room in little time and also stayed cool for a while. Size of unit it's not too big or too small to fit perfect in a single room.

Our ac went out and right now we can't afford to replace our unit. This had excellent reviews when I was researching one that would cover out living room and kitchen area of our home until we can figure out what to do on a permanent basis. This came within 2 days of ordering, easy to setup. The weather this summer with the heatwave has been hard to tolerate and the kids were fussy and irritable with the heat in the house. This is helping and an affordable option.
