The right ammount.
This protein powder is great it's healthy without tasting bad. the double chocolate flavor is closer to a dark chocolate where as gold standards chocolate taste like a sweet milk chocolate. if it was any less sweet I couldn't imagine drinking it everyday. I saw a lot of reviews talking about it only being half full and they definitely have enough room to fit the 30 servings instead of 21 or whatever it is but when the powders in a truck being driven to target all the lil bumps and vibrations from the ride makes it all settle to the bottom so there may be enough room to add a couple more servings but it's not the end of the world.

The flavor is good, but this is so foamy it's hard to drink. I only pour 8oz of milk and it's so foamy it doesn't even fit in a 20 oz cup. Hard to drink it all due to the foam and doesn't settle well going down.

This doesn't taste very good. I accidently ran out of my normal mail only powder and made an emergency run to target. The ingredient list is clean but it really has no taste and no sweetness. I'd return this if I could not for me. It's expensive.
