Makes good cookies!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is good cocoa powder for baking! I made my soft batch cookies with the powder and they are delicious. As soon as I opened the container, you could smell the cocoa flavor. It mixed very well with the dough. The container screws on and seems air tight for freshness.

The large, resealable bag smelled like dark chocolate as soon as I opened it. I made the recipe for Rodelle Gooey Fudge Brownies that was included in the bag. The cocoa was powdery and light with no lumps. It immediately dissolved into the wet ingredients. My brownies came out rich, chocolatey and decadent. I’m excited to try this in other recipes.

When making a chocolate mousse, the cocoa powder dissolved and mixed so well and its rich chocolate color is the icing on top! This powder is great at getting the consistency and desired texture and smells oh so good! I can’t want to make more things with this!

The flavor is rich, warm, and smooth without tasting overly artificial or harsh. You can really notice the difference in baked goods, especially cookies, and homemade frosting. A little goes a long way too, so the bottle lasts longer than expected. It gives recipes that cozy "fresh from the bakery" flavor that makes the whole kitchen smell incredible. Definitely a pantry staple in my house now.

The packaging is beautiful; the box it arrived in gives it such a special, premium presentation. The ingredients are top-tier, and the flavor has a lovely slight bitterness that reminds me of ceremonial-grade cacao. I tried it as a hot drink first and then added ice, and the dissolution was perfect both ways with no clumps. While the instructions are clear, I think it would be amazing if they included a small recipe book to explore more uses. Also, the container is great for keeping everything tidy, making the cleanup very easy. A high quality product that tastes as good as it looks!

All she should talk about was how soft it was compared to other brands! The flavor is really nice and paired well with out dessert. I would prefer it come in a container with a lid instead of the bag because it is a bit difficult to close. All in all I loved it though!

Rich and flavorful unsweetened cocoa powder for cooking at a reasonable price. Quality is like any of the better brands. I love that it is packaged in 6 smaller plastic jars to preserve freshness. Makes excellent brownies!

Never fails
This is my go-to Dutch-processed cocoa powder. When I was running low and my normal retail outlet was out of stock, I panicked because I couldn't think of a comparable alternative, so I scoured the internet to find it. The flavor is very rich and smooth. The large, resealable bag is a bonus because it's easy to use and very convenient for people who use cocoa powder as often as I do. I recommend using it to make chocolate syrup.

Bag is a disaster
Sealing the bag was a disaster. As I closed bag, cocoa whooshed out and went flying everywhere! Lucky I was wearing a black shirt. Second time trying to seal ziplock edge, small opening redusted sinkboard for 2 feet. Next time I buy cocoa, I will buy it in a tin or cardboard box. NO Bags!

I've tried several brands of vanilla extract and none come close to Rodelle. The gourmet pure is just amazing. Takes all my baking goods to another level, especially my frostings. Never buying another vanilla

It smelled amazing! I had to blow it up because my girlfriend said it's not really made from Colorado vanilla but it also doesn't claim to be. It is made in Colorado but she doesn't actually read so I blew it up.
